MARTINE ALTENBURGER /FRA/

Martine Altenburger obtained the education of a classical cello player but in 80´s she got attracted to free improvisation and since then she has been collaborating with Daunik Lazro, Michel Doneda, Lê Quan Ninh and Dominique Regef. Martine is one of the founders of the influential group La Filibuste. Its experimental projects have enclosed dancers, musicians, film-makers and sculpturers. Her list of collaborations includes also well-known Aventure Ensemble and ensemble Hiatus.
