Why is it that music overwhelms you head over heels?
In instrumental music pieces there is often no story that could be verbalized... There is dynamics, tempo, harmony. The production will be just the same: as beautiful as music, timeless, dynamic and as consistent as a Mozart symphony, and yet as uncompromizing and awful as Sandra Z. But then awfulness is in the ear of the belistener.
First showing of the new piece (working title ´Concert´) by young Estonian artist-choreographer after the first rehearsal period at the Kanuti Gildi SAAL and before the last residency and premiere in Portugal.
Sandra Z is a freelance choreographer and director. She studied dance at Fine 5 Dance School in Tallinn and Dartington College of Arts in London. Her current ambition is to enhance the dialogue between performers and critics and to update the directing techniques in both theatre and dance.
